Why no refunds?

We provide a fully functional demo version of RD Renko that you can download and test for a limited period. This version lets you evaluate the bar type, test it on your charts, and confirm compatibility with your NinjaTrader 8 setup before purchasing the paid version.

Because the demo version serves as a comprehensive evaluation tool, we ask that you try it before buying. This ensures the paid upgrade meets your expectations.

If you experience technical issues with the paid product — such as installation problems, licensing errors, or unexpected behavior — we are committed to resolving them. Please reach out and we will work with you to fix any technical issues.

Digital product

RD Renko is a digital software product delivered via download link. Once the download link has been sent to your email, the sale is considered complete.
